Ok I’m 14 years old, 5″8′, 130 lbs. My body fat is 8.5% (11 lbs of fat). I can’t even see a 6 pack without flexing my abs. I just started intense ab workouts 2 weeks ago. I read that when you’re between 8-9 BF% you should visibly see a 6pack and I don’t…At what time should I see one after working out? I do 100 crunches, 250 sit ups, 100 leg ups, I run 5-10 miles a week, and I eat healthy. THANKS!
