I’m working on getting a six pack. I eat healthy, I workout, I’m just now starting to avoid HIIT, and do more longer cardio for the slow fat burn(This way I don’t burn fat and muscle combined), I’m doing ab workouts, but should I do them every day or every other day? I have about 32% body fat, how long will it take me if I’m riding my indoor gym bike for a average of 30 minutes a day? I’m determined to get the fat from my belly. I eat whole grains, Salmon for lunch with Spinach/Broccoli. Whole grain cereal for breakfast, some for dinner and some fruit, don’t eat late at night, plenty of sleep, drink water. Is there something on the diet, I’m not doing? Oh, yeah…I’m taking Fat Burner pills good idea or bad? I know it takes a while, but one day I’d like to see my abs before the summer hits, it shouldn’t take this long. I’m getting discouraged to be honest with you. Do professional trainers have six packs only because that’s their job to workout all day and have no where to go or nothing to do, or is it more to it than that? Is my body holding back because of lack of calories, trying to eat like the professional trainers in Men’s fitness magazines? I do cardio but for only 30 minutes. How long should I be riding that bike? Does lack of water hinder six pack abs?
