I have no idea how much body fat % i have but before I had 13% last time i checked. If i do ab workouts but then fat stil covers it but then if i lose it will it show right away? I will start doing 4 sets of situps again. 40-60 in each usualy I do. I do the situps where you cross your hands. I heard that one is for upper abs. I also do 4 sets of 20 for leg raises. But someone told me twist abs and do it for middle abs i dont understand?
