What are some good ‘at home’ exercises I can do while I’m not at the MMA gym?

I started training for MMA 3 weeks ago and go about 3 times a week since my gym is an hour away from me but while I’m not at the gym I want to do some good workouts back at home. Here are the list of exercises I had in mind tell me what you think:

1. Jump Roping
2. Running/Jogging
3. Pull ups and push ups
4. Ab workouts
5. Hitting the heavy bag
6. Some weight lifting
