Hi, I’m back to ask for more help again. I’m 5ft 8.5inches and I weigh 151lbs. I’m 18 years old. I eat around 1500 calories a day, I made a healthy diet. I do 5-8 minutes worth of ab workouts a day. I do about 3-4 days of intense cardio a week. I have a waist size of 28/29. I think have about .4 inches on my stomach. I think I’m about 10% body fat. I’m going to lift weights again starting Monday. I need help. Any suggestions?
