Lately i’ve been doing the different types of crunches / ab workouts.
I don’t want to go into too much detail about what they are…
But i’m just wondering if crunches / ab workouts alone will eliminate “tummy” fat and form abs. Or if actual fat-burning routines are required as well.
In other words, can you get a 6-pack from doing sit ups / crunches / ab workouts alone?
