I’m 16, male, 5’10-ish, 140 lbs. I have a high metabolism so getting the abs shouldn’t be all that hard, but it is. I want the 6 pack that these models have and what not, I want to take off my shirt and have my abs just just show up without flexing, I want abs sooooooo bad. So with that said, what do I need to be doing? What foods should I eat to take down stomach fat and show my abs better? How much running should I be doing? And how many and how often should I be doing ab workouts? Please help me here, anything you know about getting abs please let me know, thanks!
