Ok so it’s been a long *** time now!
I’ve lost 25 pounds in a year of time, and I started noticing my abs started to form into packs. Right now when I take off my shirt and go like 5 feet from the mirror, I can see 4 packs. I’m sure I have 6 already, because I’m seeing the mini top 2 starting to show, I can feel all 6 of them except the mini top 2 is not yet popping out.
My question is, would I be able to get visible 6 packs by june? When I pull down my fat, it’s ripped, you can see 6 pack of real muscles, it’s amazing except I have a thin layer of fat to go.
I’m 140 pounds and i’m 5”6′. I’m 13, and for all of the people who say 13 year olds don’t need 6 packs or no one cares about it or we can’t get them, get off my nuts.
p.s I do at least 300 or more ab workouts daily, 50 situps, 40 crunches leg flat, 40 leg bent, 40 leg in the air, then repeat the except leg lifts (upper and lower abs).
