I gained 45 lbs throughout my entire pregnancy all in my belly. I had lost 25 of it by Christmas, I’ve now lost a total of 30. Still have some to go, but my belly got huge in the end of my pregnancy and so now it is very giggly like jello. I plan to start working out to help tone up, but how do you get rid of the loose, jiggly skin. It doesn’t seem like ab workouts alone will help tone it up. I hardly have a belly left at all except for all the extra skin, so I now still look about 4 months pregnant. Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
I’ve known too many people to get tummy tucks and I’d rather not put myself through that, but I wouldn’t do it anyway until I’m done having kids if I did entertain the thought.
Natalie – I’m 5’6″ and was 130 pre-pregnancy, so I was fairly tiny. I’ve never in my life been fat or had a belly like this so this is all new to me. But for me it genes, I worked out before, but just to maintain my health more than my figure.
