Im a 16 year old guy whose been doing p90x ab workout for about 150 days and im not getting the results i want. the first time i did it i was sore for a couple days and as i did it the soreness began to go away and now p90x is not even a challenge so after i do p90x ab workout i do other ab exercises to try to make myself sore but no matter how hard i work my abs are never sore. I have a mildly toned 4 pack and im not getting anymore results and i want to get a completely ripped 6 pack. Im 16 5’6 150lbs and about 9.7% body fat. my stomachs hard and doesnt have much fat on it you can tell its muscular but my abs wont stick out. what am i doing wrong?
