if i lose 200 calories a day how much weight will i lose in a month?

ok i am 140 lbs and i notice i have a lil chubby belly. ive never been fat. ive started running on a treadmill for about 100 calories a day and after that i do some intense workouts on my chest and arms. but the belly doesn’t seem to be shrinking while teh arms and chest get bigger. i dont really care about having a rock hard 6-pack. i just want all the fat gone.

and i am an intense individual. i dont do the take it slow approach. if u can tell me how, or give me an intense workout to get rid of the belly i will do it. someone told me just plain cardio and told me to lose 200 calories a day minimum by cardio and that ab workouts arent as effective as burning the fat as they are building your ab muscles.
