I’m 13 years old and weigh about 93 Lbs. I started working out about 2 weeks ago. I’ve done a lot of ab workouts and triceps workouts. I do about 200 situps, 50 crunches, 30 Pushups, 30 squats and I jog for about 20 min every other day. I don’t plan on losing weight because I don’t weigh a lot, I just want abs and bigger arm muscle. I was wondering ahead of time, when will I start seeing some results? and also, im too young to go on a diet right? I mean i should cut down on pop, but I don’t need to go on a diet. and last, should I make any changes to my workout plans?
