I need help with a healthy diet.?

Ok so I have been anorexic/bulimic/only eating at night and I still kind of am, but I know that if I get on a good diet I will be able to stick to it. See my problem is that I will eat nothing and I mean absolutely nothing during the day but then at night I will eat like 2000 calories and even though I exercise everyday I know that it is making me gain weight which I don’t need I am 5′ 5″ and 120-125lbs. and would like to be 110-115lbs. of muscle. I need suggestions for a meal plan that will make it so I don’t get hungry at night because that is my worst time. I also need suggestions for a workout plan that will help me tone my abs. I have my cardio under control which is 60-70 minutes per day and I also do a 15-20 minute ab routine but the ab thing is not working. I need help to get myself back to a lean healthy diet plan so that I can achieve the results that I want so badly. I do not want to look like a toothpick with bones sticking out everywhere. I just want to look lean and fit.
