I need help designing a plan to help me lose this weight?

I just started working out again (I had tonsil surgery 2 months ago and then was hospitalized with some other health issues last month). Last summer until early this summer I lost 20lbs on diet alone but I was always getting headaches and you couldnt tell that I lost all the weight at all. The scale said I was 20lbs lighter but my clothes were still fitting the same and my body still looked the same. The doctor’s said that healthy eating helped me in ways I couldnt see but to see the results I needed to change my calorie intake and add in a fitness routine that I could follow considering I have a busy college schedule and no means of transportation nor much cash for anything that needed a membership. I bought some weights (5-25lbs), I have a step, some workout videos, a mat, a jump rope, a stability ball and resistance bands. I designed a plan but I am not sure if it will work in terms of my desired goals (I want to lose 30-40 more lbs to be around 125-135lbs and look leaner and healthier with decent muscle definition, Im 5’4” and 20yrs old). Here is my plan:

-M, W, F : 35-60 mins of Weight training in the morning and 45-60 mins cardio in the afternoon (at 60-70% my Target HR)
-T, TH : 20-30 mins of Interval Cardio in the morning (at 70-85% my Target HR) and 20-30 minutes of Ab/Core training along with Pilates in the afternoon
-Sat : 10-20 mins of High Intensity Interval training in the morning (at 70-90% my Target HR) and 20-30 minutes Ab/Core training along with Pilates in the afternoon

I’m just not sure how many calories I should be taking in. I did the whole 1200-1500 calories like a lot of the internet and doctor sources say but I have a slower metabolism and I tend to get a lot of headaches when I dont eat a lot of calories. I always felt hungry and the calorie range seemed soooo low to sustain for so long and still be heathly. So is 1700-1900 calories okay to reach my goal weight in 8 months or less if I do my exercise 6 days a week? I want a lifestyle change not just be on a “diet” because I am tired of having low self esteem and avoiding mirrors. The only sad part is I have no support from family and friends. So any useful help or insight would be okay especially from people who either have gone through it or seen it (like trainers).
And as a note, I plan on eating 5-6 meals a day and as healthy as possible (I will be at school almost 9hrs mon-fri starting aug 25th so this should be interesting) but i dont eat fast food and i dont really eat out at all and i cook all my meals so that i know what is in them. i havent eaten junk food in a year and ive just recently started eating veggies (which i still find to be utterly disgusting but i eat it cuz its good 4 me) so its not like im not eating or at least tryin to eat healthier..becuz i am. i just disappointed that my body doesnt show the change
