I am a 19 year old male about 5’7 and weigh 188lbs. I want to go to the gym for 5 days a week, monday-friday. And I want to gain muscle while losing fat at the same time. I was thinking I workout 2-3 body parts a day plus ab excersises. I was thinking 20 minutes weights and 30-40 minutes cardio then abs after that. What do you think? if you have any other ideas please let me know.
I plan to weigh about 130-150lbs whichever weight I feel i have a 6 pack or flat stomach.
