so not to long ago i posted this
“breafast- special k and low fat milk
snack- fruit gummie pack
lunch- wheat bread with chicken or turkey and lettuce
dinner- fruit salad (an apple and grapes)
i know you have to have a normal breakfast, a small lunch and even smaller dinner.
extra information:
i am 15, 5’6 and 130 lbs.
i started in january and lost 20lbs.
i still have 12 more pounds to go and i only have a month until my goal of 117 lbs is up.
im realllllly trying to lose the tummy and side fat. and i dont want a but.
workout routine:
i go to the gym 2 times a week and do 30 min cardio and weights and machines for the next 30
then 3 times a week i do 20-30 min of cardio(ncludes walking and some jogging) and ab workouts for 10 min and 20-30 min bike ride and then jump rope for 5-10 min
and on the weekends i do some cardio as well.
other…:
i dont necessarily want abs or look to toned. i dont think that looks to attractice on girls, i just want to be slim as can be for my shape.
i guess i pear shaped, i have a 26 in waist but big hips, wide butt
any diet tips?
and will this make me 12 pounds lighter in 3-4 weeks??”

and everyone is saying something different all the time!
like no fruit pack, to much sugar!
dinner needs protein, then i say peanut butter and jelly?
no you cant have bread and peanut butter is fattening
i just want to lose this weight and everyone is telling me everything different and i dont know who is right and who is wrong!
my question isnt “is this healthy” its WILL I LOSE WEIGHT.
and will i gain weight when i start eating summer food? (pizza, snow balls, ice cream) and still workout?
help!!!
