I am focusing on weight loss, and of course toning. I currently use (please excuse my not knowing the correct names of the machines!) the treadmill, the eliptical machine, the leg abductor (?) and the other leg machine like the abductor (the ones that you push and pull together with your legs), the one with the board that you push on with your feet to move your seat back, a weighted ab machine, and a torso machine. I’ve also started walking laps in the pool and sitting in the dry sauna room. I do 15 minutes each on the cardio machines, and 5 sets of 20 using moderate weight on the other machines. I am afraid that I 1) will not tone, 2) am not targeting all areas of my body (arms, back, lower abs, etc.), and 3) am not doing enough reps. I hope that you understood my descritions, and any tips you can give for the amount of reps/time or the machines that I should be using would be greatly appreciated!
Oh – and in case this makes a difference, I’m a 20 year old female, I’m 5’3″, and I weigh 214lbs (down 10! yay! lol). I am also doing Weight Watchers, so my diet is taken care of
