Do high intensity exercise on a empty stomach for about 20 minutes and then afterwards work on your abs but make sure you don’t do a lot of reps only do very little with heavy weights while doing the abs at the same time. Example: Hold a 20 pound weight plate or kettle weight while doing ab exercises to make the ab workout high intensity. Afterwards eat some protein and a some carbs. You’ll have a 6 pack in about a month depending on how fat your belly is. Also work on your abs every other day there’s no need to do them everyday.
