I am trying to get my six pack back. I have been doing ab work outs every day for 3 weeks. I increase sets once I get comfortable with the number of crunches. I have 6 different crunch methods I use.
I am seeing formation on the upper abs under my bust. However, not in the abdomen. I feel like its’ getting fatter and not forming. I am on a strict diet that has me appear I’m loosing weight. While at it, I also do cardio exercise daily too. Do I need to give it more time?
