1. 600-1200 calories a day.
2. 45 minute work outs every other day, which consist of cardio, ab workouts, and butt work outs.
3. eating healthy, no chocolate or junk food except for in luna bars.
4. no eating after 7 PM.
5. at least 7 hours of sleep a night, 8 hours preffered.
how much weight should i loose a week? also i am perectly aware that some of the calorie intake is too little, and i honestly do not care. that’s not the question. ![]()
to say that you will not loose weight by eating that low calorie intake is absolutely stupid. when i eat less than 1000 calories in a day a loose a pound so do not be stupid. please answer my actual question to. thank you.
