Ok so I’ve been dieting for about 2-3 weeks now..the foods I eat include baked chicken… fish.. fresh spinach.. fresh vegetables… fruits… oatmeal…special k cereal..kashi brand cereals and snack bars..broiled red potatoes..fruit and nut medely..water and crystal light..I eat some variety of each of these foods everyday within 6 small meals…also I work out 30 minutes before work..one hour on my lunch break and 30 minutes after work..my workout during lunch is a hour walk and the 30 minutes before works includes situps…thigh exercises…the gazelle freestyler..the ab lounge push up bars andfree weights…the only days I don’t walk is saturday and sunday…I want to atleast lose 20 pounds by my birthday which is on the 20th of June..am I on the right track..what am I doing wrong? what am I doing right…when will I see results?
