how does my workout routine sound?


i will be working out just about 5 x’s a week depedning on when i can get a ride to the gym. so i will be able to rest 2 days during the week. i also do at least 35-45 mins of cardio a day. heres what i was thinking and what ive been doing for about a month or so.
day 1: workout area = bicep, tricep, forearm, and wrists. mostly all dumbells, and some machines that are weighted. no benches or super heavy weights.
day 2: workout area = shoulders, deltoid, and chest. still mostly dumbels and machines, still no bench press or super heavy weights.
day 3: all heavy weights. including bench presses, shoulder shrugs with heavy bench bar, and other heavy workouts. *also ab workouts w/ weights*
day 4: free weight day. all pushups, pull-ups from different points to work different muscles, and a bunch of other free weight excersizes.

* i will also be doing abs every day, for a good 25- 30 mins. i already got a ab routine that works good for me*

so how does tis sound. please feel free to correct things you think i should switch to see better results. thanks tons
