What I mean by that is I’m pretty close. I do pretty tough ab workouts everyday and I can feel the muscle underneath a little bit of fat. I have about 4-6 hours of cardio a week (at least), but I don’t really know why I don’t have a six pack yet. I would just like to know how I can get rid of my thin layer of fat. Thanks

Since I am already on the light side for my height, I wouldn’t like to lose weight. I would just like to know how I can get rid of my thin layer of fat. Thanks
