im 5’8 156 pounds , i lift 3 days a week and run or walk a mile every day , i play football in high school and i have already gained 8 pounds from lifting they want me to gain more but i also want a 6 pack, all my fat is right around my belly button, i do ab workouts alot too , idk just give me some suggestions, my diet is kind of poor ,i eat alot of protein in my diet so i can build muscle
