I would love to work out a lot more, preferably every day.
I’d like to lose about 15 lbs.
I am not overweight by any means but I want a good exercise plan.
My goal is to tone my stomache and arms and lose fat all over.
I plan to start running every day, eat healthier, and do ab workouts.
How long should I run every day?
What kind of ab workouts could I do?
How can I tone my arms?
I am on a crew team, which I participate in 3 times a week, but it is not enough.
