My mom just got us both memberships to a local gym, and I really want to look good this summer. I’m not fat or anything (last time I checked my bmi was in like the 19th percentile) I just have a pudgy belly. My abuela says its cause of late night eating, who knows. But anyway I want a flatter stomach, and like smaller thighs. What kind of workouts should I do at the gym? they also have pilates, and yoga classes, and other stuff like kick boxing, and zamba, and all that other stuff. Would any of those help?
