Hey, I’m 19 years old about 195 lbs but I’m 6’5. Anyways I am in pretty good physical shape – I can do pushups, situps, pullups, dips, whatever. My body is pretty toned, and I really don’t have much (if any visible fat on my body). As far as my abs go, I have a decent abdominal region, but it’s not where I want it to be. I’ve pretty much always had a decently defined stomach – you have always been able to see my abs. As of right now, I am doing Ab Ripper X (from P90X) as soon as my abs aren’t sore anymore from my last workout, and my abs are usually really really sore . Still, I am not getting the results I want – An unbelieveable 6 pack like models have (LOL). I’ve always eaten healthy, and followed a decent diet. How do I finish up the process to having a rock hard extreme 6 pack? Thanks
