Ok well basically im 16 years old, and I’m in pretty good shape I would say, for the past 2 weeks or so me and my friends have been playing sports every day, and besides that I do my own weight lifting workouts, ab workouts, and pull up and curl ups and so forth. But I drink a but load of soda, and right now my goal is to have a 6 pack in the next 5 weeks. My abs are strong, I can see the upper abs developing, but i still have a couple layers of fat on my belly I need to get off so that my abs are more noticeable. I try and do elliptical every day for 10 minutes or so, but I just have a question, what is the fastest and most suffecient way to lose belly fat for a 6 pack?
