So…im planning on losing a lot of weight by mid to late August and I thought up of this hard workout routine to start this week.
-Wake up between 6-6:30 am; eat light breakfast, run 2 miles
-Come home from run and let my body rest, then do situps/crunches on an exercise ball+lift weights for about 15-20 minutes
-Run a little bit on the treadmill. Not long. Maybe about 15 minutes
-Hit the gym for about 2-2.5 hours. While at the gym, I’ll do cardio (mostly treadmill) as well as ab workouts, and possibly even boxing
-Come home, eat a light lunch like a salad, fruit, yogurt, something packed with protein
-Let my body rest for a few hours
-Run 2 more miles (not on the treadmill, but on the actual street)
-Come home, eat a light dinner
-Do more situps on the exercise ball, and lift some light weights
-Eat a light snack like a cheese stick or a cup of yogurt
I was thinking about doing all of that every single day until I get to the weight I want to be. If it helps, I’m a 15 year old girl.
I know this may sound kind of intense..but I truly think its a good workout, and I think that if I stick to it, I can lose weight. Does it sound good to you guys? WILL I lose weight? Or will I just be wasting my time? :/
