ive been going to the gym bout 3 or 4 times a week for about an hour or so
i do 15 mins on the eliptical 15 mins on the treadmille leg workouts..i mostly focus on chest and ab workouts after
the only results im seeing is weight loss but no results or changes to my chest or my abs
i do crunches, static hold, push ups, sit ups, jackhammer sit ups, bicycle kicks as well as chest and ab workout machines but still im seeing nothing, i feel like im just stuck at ground zero and i have no idea on how to improve
im mainly trying to get six pack and improve my chest muscles while working out other parts of my body
any help on how to improve would be greatly appreciated
rly i just want to know what is the best way to get chest muscles and a six pack
-what workouts i could do that will improve muscles
-what diet should i be using or what should i be eating and how much should i eat
-im 5’11 163 lbs how much protein should i be eating
ps. ive tried scoobysworkshop before thats where i got the ideas for my workouts..and im also not fat im actually pretty skinny btw so i doubt its becuz i have to much fat covering muscles
