How do you know when an exercise routine is working?
So i try to do a nightly routine of ab crunches, yoga poses, etc. and after i do an exercise such as crunches for example, my stomach/abs will feel kinda warm. Is this normal? or am i doing something wrong? I’m trying to get rid of fat around the obliques Suggestions needed please!
