Im a guy who works out on a regular basis, i work out to gain muscle and im on a high protein/calorie diet. Im a pretty thin guy, as in i have hardly no fat on my body. But the problem is that i do have a very small layer of fat on my stomach. I want to shed that off so i can reveal my abs. Currently i do ab workouts at the gym as of recently but im not sure if thats teh correct method of going about losing a small layer of fat. Im doing high reps at low weight. Any suggestions?
