So im 6’1 and weigh 9.4 stone, i feel that this is to thin. I have a four / 6 pack but i want to gain more but in muscle. Am i right that 9.4 is to low and what foods and how much should i eat every day? I am aiming for 10.2 – 10.5 stone and i want it to be muscle? Please any help will be good, also is it better to do weights and ab workouts or should i add some cardiovascular in there aswell. Thanks again, 10 points best answer!
