I am not really all that in shape. However, I have a strong core. I don’t really exercise m abs that much, but in gym (im in high school) we had to do curl ups, and I could do over 65 in a minute, which puts me in over the 95% of girls. I dont have defined six pack abs, so i decided I should try and sculpt my abs. I have been working out with womens health ab workouts. It is a 20 minute workout, with some good exercises, and i have been doing it for around 15 days now. My core is strong; i can feel it, but there is a layer stomach fat covering them. Even after doing these workouts for 2 weeks, I have seen no results, and it could be because of not enough time spent working out, but i dont even feel sore. I never feel the burn when i do the workouts, and im not sore after. Im doing them correctly, but i feel no burn or anything. What exercises will burn that belly fat and let me feel the burn, quickly?
