Ab exercises that don’t involve shoulders or won’t hurt them?


I used to have a good ab routine when i went to the gym but after my recent shoulder surgery i have slowly been returning to the gym and it seems like all of the old exercises seem to aggravate it. I would really love to start doing some ab exercises again, as i feel so out of shape! Does anyone have any good workouts or exercises they could reccommand that won’t bother them as much?
